7:00pm to 9:00pm

  • 7:00pm to 7:30pm - Warm up and Stretching
  • 7:30pm onwards - Free practice & bouting, Seniors training
Wednesday - George Bldg Lvl 2 - MPR4

6:00pm to 9:00pm (main training night)

  • 6:00pm to 7:00pm - Warm up / Stretching / Foot work
  • 7:00pm to 8:00pm - Classes Beginner or Advanced (to be announced once training has started)
  • 8:00pm onwards - Free practice & bouting, general training and friendly competitons
  • Private lessons available throughout
